When I got the call that this c5's latest upgrades were fitted, and that I'd be first out of the gates to get shoot it, as you can imagine I was absolutely raring to go with this set.
When it comes to putting a car together, the owner Matt is one of those people that does absolutely everything to an extra level, buy nice or buy twice mentality, and I'm all about it.
Every addition is meticulously thought through, and then executed properly.
Anyone who knows anything about cars will tell you that as soon as the words 'bbs' and 'e88' are mentioned in conversation, you're going to be dealing with a serious build.
Not only is matt's c5 sat on these meaty spec and legendary hoops, but it's also sporting one of the nations favourite air suspension brands, in the form of an airlift 3p management system.
Thankfully the modifications don't stop at things that are all centred around aesthetic pleasure although that is of course a crucial element to get right.
Twin that super aggressive cam with a custom made, valved, straight through stainless steel exhaust, and you've got the magic recipe to please every red blooded male within a 5 mile radius of you every time you touch the go pedal.
Of course, a modified car is never truly finished as all of us afflicted with this hobby will understand, and although this car will currently sit in many a petrol heads dreams as it is, Matt assures me this is just the beginning of his grand plan with this car.
If you've seen his 8 series BMW at any UK shows, you'll no doubt be as eager as I am to see the next stage of it's evolution.
